The flag of Albania (pictured) features a two-headed eagle with the current design adopted in 1992 when the Democratic Party of Albania won the elections.

American cartoonist E. C. Segar is best known as the creator of the cartoon character Popeye a pop culture character who first appeared in 1929 in Segar's comic strip Thimble Theatre.
